Hello and thank you for visiting my Blog. My name is John, and I decided to start a Blog dedicated to cooking, food, wine and friends. It will be used to chronicle the culinary adventures of our fledgling dinner club located in Tacoma, Washington (T-Town Supper Club), as well as the cooking and dining experiences of me and my lady T.
