C-Pop & I discovered the delights of "velveeta" for our special "queso dip" after many trips to great restaurants serving incredible tex-mex dishes in OK. It was always a little scary though to look at that cooking pot afterwards & wonder if the inside of our belly was in any way similar! Yummy!
